Recommended⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I have lived here at Mercer Crossing for almost 2 years now and I would absolutely recommend this apartment complex. It is very clean except for the occasional resident who spills their drink or has a hole in their trash bag when taking it out. As for parking, there are garages that you can rent or there are covered parking spots for rent. I am living here from last 17 months and from the day 1 I am pretty disappointed with the maintenance, parking and sometimes staff. The hallways are most times dirty and upon calling multiple times they hardly take an immediate action or do a power wash. You just have to make a habit of living in this unhygienic place. It was so unfortunate that due to the pandemic I wasn't able to move out but will be doing that pretty soon and many of my friends has the same feedback about this community. Very nice apartments! People complain about the parking yet they bring more than one car to park! If you have a sticker there should be no problem with parking. I love how nice staff and apartment is!

There is no 24 hotline to answer any residential emergencies or concerns. Towing residents is common. Visitor spots are very limited and your friends need to register before parking and have a time limit for how many times they can register and stay in a visitor spot. Managers are not in the office on the weekend so if you have any emergency or pressing matters needing attention, you must wait after the weekend. Management is unorganized and they give out $100 incentive to those who write positive reviews so do not trust the... read more
Parking is absolutely horrible, and management will make absolutely 0 effort to improve anything, their only answer to any of your problems is "spend more money" even though that doesn't even solve your problem because they will just place you in a covered port on the opposite side of the complex. Would not recommend
I think this is a great place to live and I’m glad I found this spot. Management really helps you with any issue that might arise.
Great management!! They really care about you AND the property. There’s a quick turn around for work orders which is a big plus. I LOVE living here and don’t plan on moving anytime soon.
Mercer Crossing is the place to be. It has a unique style and many extras, the location is superb. I especially love the 2 dog parks!
