Best Dr and staff.
This was my first visit to Mercer Allergy and Pulmonary Assoc. And wow right as soon as i walked into the office the Office Manager who i think was named Cara made me feel right at home with her professionalism and kindness and she knows her job well and to me that goes along way with being comfortable in the Practice you chose. As far as the rest of my visit Dr Ricketti was great and really seemed to care and asked deeply into my situation and seems like he actually cares about his patients. Office stuff were polite, however I felt rushed. The doctor came in and spent less than 5 minutes with me. They all looked very busy, I get it, however I suggest to start making your patients priority, not making the most amount of month per day....
Met with Dr A. Ricketti. I was very impressed with his professionalism and expertise. Front desk staff also very responsive and helpful. Top notch!
