I tried very hard to like Mercy as a provider but, at this point, I feel that the issues ive experienced with her and her services have crossed a line from being frustrating and ridiculous to just flat out negligent and potentially dangerous. She blatantly refused to prescribe me meds that my therapist deemed necessary due to her viewpoint on a personal life factor of mine and then, when I finally reached the goal post she set and change my personal life to meet her criteria…she moved the goal post AGAIN. Incredibly condescending and had no interest in me as a person despite being there for my mental health. Was uneducated about numerous medications (buspirone is NOT a benzo, btw) as well. I would not recommend Mercy to anyone.
