I have used Anthony before and gave 2 stellar reviews. He was excellent in the past except for the time he did not properly seal the water pump he installed on my 2005 MB CLK320. I ended up buying the part, paying Anthony and then having to go to MB of Tucson where I paid $1,500. to get the work done. Most recently, Anthony did a great job on my AC for my 2005 but slipped on the SRS code diagnosis. I took it to Mark at MC Automotive who correctly diagnosed that it as the rear passenger module. I honestly cannot recommend this mechanic enough! A friend referred me to him, and I am SO glad she did. He came directly to my house, was incredibly thorough with diagnosing my BMW, and took the time to explain everything to me in a way I could actually understand. I scheduled a service with this technician and he did not show up at the agreed upon time, and did not contact me to tell me that he needed to reschedule me after he was close to 2 hours late. He is impossible to get ahold of and I find his lack of communication and lack of punctuality very unprofessional. I rescheduled him for a week later as that was the soonest he could get to my car, and the time we agreed upon was 1030.
