I scheduled a service with this technician and he did not show up at the agreed upon time, and did not contact me to tell me that he needed to reschedule me after he was close to 2 hours late. He is impossible to get ahold of and I find his lack of communication and lack of punctuality very unprofessional. I rescheduled him for a week later as that was the soonest he could get to my car, and the time we agreed upon was 1030. I found Anthony by a Google search. I'm researching a used car purchase, and I reached out to Anthony for advice. Not only was Anthony patient, and knowledgeable, but he extended our conversation by providing additional insight into areas I had not considered! Service and customer care ae clearly at the forefront of this business. I highly recommend!
