Doctor Mercedes Gonzalez is excellent!!!!
Dr Gonzalez cancelled my appointment last minute. I waited for this first time appointment for my daughter for 3 months. I asked to be accommodated another day of the same week or the following week. They offered me an appointment for 3 months later. Extreme lack of professionalism!
Looked at my face for 5 seconds max and prescribed me an antibiotic that left me feeling sick to my stomach for almost 3 months straight. I stopped taking it a while ago cause I didn't see a reason to take it anymore, plus it made my acne worse. The lady that helps her is very intimidating too. Not to mention it's a literal maze to get to her office. Wouldn't recommend anyone to go here!
I took my daughter to two other dermatologists before Dr. González. At the other places I never really got straight answers, and felt taken advantage of so they could keep charging follow ups to my insurance. Dr gonzalez was the first person actually diagnose her and answered our questions fully. I had a great experience and would recommend her to anyone looking for a pediatric dermatologist.
This practice is the worst in Miami, refused to see my 11 month child i drive from 2 hours the get here and get lost because they have the wrong address in the website. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS DR!!!!! SAVE YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY
