Hilina and his crew did excellent job on 2 of my vehicles my first car CLS550 had a suspension failure, and the car was sitting on the ground. Called Hilina as a first-time client and explained the situation, I brought him the car, and he knew right away the compressor for the air ride suspension went bad. This was my 4th visit to the shop for 2013 ML350 Bluetec. This time for engine and transmission mounts. All vibration disappeared. You can be rest assured that the shop uses Mercedes OEM parts. Even engine oil and brake flush used Mercedes oil. The car performs so much better with Mercedes parts. The prices are very fair. I have used many good shops before in different states. This beats them all.
I am from Germany and I love this shop. After being shipped over the Atlantic, my Mercedes didn’t start after a few days. I found the shop via Google called them on Friday and my car was fixed Saturday afternoon. Price was very reasonable and the mechanics know what they are doing. I’m very happy that so found this shop and I can highly recommend it.
I had B9 service, windshield wipers, and my brake pads and rotors changed here. This shop is efficient, trustworthy, and excellent. I had all of that done over the weekend. This was back in March 3, 2023, and seven months later, my car still runs amazing. If you need your Mercedes-Benz fixed or serviced, this is the RIGHT place.
