I’ve been bringing my car to this dealership for five years for maintenance and service, and Yashar and his team are incredibly responsible and kind. They’re always on top of things, and every time I get my car back, I’m really satisfied. Yashar is always there, and I always leave the dealership with great energy.
UPDATE: the lack of service continued to pickup, they gave back our car dirty. After owning BMW's for years, we decided to give Mercedes a try. And what a huge dissapointment, The service we recieved regularly from Parkview BMW is hands down far superior to Mercedes Thornhill. We made an appointment for Tuesday Morning and dropped off my car for a recall and warranty service and wow are we put off by the lack of comminucation and overall customer service.
