I have never had this consistent high level of service anywhere else. We've had Jaguar, Audi, Volvo, Genesis, and no one has come close to how well all of our services have gone. Clear quality communication makes getting our vehicle serviced painless.

One of the poorest run shops that unfortunately hold the Mercedes Benz banner. The communication is atrocious. I dropped a vehicle off via tow truck and it took them days to even contact me to acknowledge they received the vehicle. That was AFTER I called every single number listed online for their service department, used their web chat, left voicemails with their poorly executed AI assistant. One star correspondence, having attempted 4x phone calls, the chat function, the AI function, the text-back function, and never receiving a return call or any form of functional communication over multiple days. Maybe they care more acutely about google reviews and will respond with a heartfelt professional apology and a request for my personal details, as per standard.
