Service A
Dropped my car off on a Monday due to an exhaust flap actuator malfunction on my G63. Didn’t hear from my service advisor once for the four days it was in, got ghosted via text and call until my car was ready to be picked up on Friday. Texted and called multiple times a day and not a single response. I normally don’t write reviews but what sent me over the top was when I came to pick my car up, my seats were completely covered in dirt and gunk from the service techs.
