brutal service from the start. made an appointment on line for an oil change for my GLE, the web sites available time slot of 12:00pm Arrived around 11:45, adviser indicates they don't take appointments at noon due to lunch, kind of a get it, but their web site allowed it. 1:30 the car is on the hoist for the oil change, of course off come the wheels inspections starts, about an hour later the adviser suggest changing the brake pads... 7mm left. we indicate no, put the wheels back on so we can get going, no one worked on the... read more

The staff at this dealership go above and beyond to be helpful and kind even though I did not buy my car there and was only having recall work or computer updates done . Never have I felt any pressure to get work done or to buy only kind advice I really appreciated having , I find it telling that the staff really enjoy working there and when the day comes that I can get my next Mercedes I will most definitely head to this dealership as it has been a great experience on all 3 visits a special thanks to Doug Joy and Ann Toms
