Absolute trash experience with the parts department of Mercedes-Benz. Called them up with what should be an easy to answer question and an opportunity to make a good impression on a new customer. I was transferred all around to different departments and never got a clear answer. They sullied their brand with their incompetence and lack of care. It’s really not that hard to treat people right.
Jason in the parts department helped find parts that no one else could find. Always incredibly helpful and easy to work with. THANK YOU!!
