I brought my Mercedes to Mercedes-Benz Brooklyn on April 9th for an electrical issue preventing the car from starting. Their towing service delivered it to the dealership, and I paid $544.36 for initial diagnostic expecting professional service and communication. I purchased a 2018 ************* GLS 550. And an extended warranty that did not exist, when I needed to use it:Deceptive Finance Manager! I Paid over 4K for an extended warrant, only to discover when I needed it. I was defrauded and the expected coverage did not exist. I would leave 0 stars. The people here are the most unhelpful, rude, and unprofessional people ever. They make excuses to not talk or solve your problems. I want everyone to know that you ARE ENTITLED TO CANCEL ANY WARRANTY, ANY GAP CONTRACT BEFORE THE THIRTY DAYS. They try to tell you that you cannot before the thirty days but that is A LIE. Terrible Experience! Every Single Salesperson, Staff Member and Manager only cares about their next Sale! Theres no concern about Customer Satisfaction or the quality of service they provide you anymore! Maybe at one time they offered you the support you deserved and paid for but not anymore! Purchased used 2020 Mercedes GLE350 from ***** ******** and was helpful during transaction. Took car home and after just over 300 miles I got a check engine light on with misfire. Talked to ***** and he directed me to service to have them look at car and see what's going on, expecting they would try to make it right. I had car towed into dealership and was advised it had a misfire and needed new coils and plugs at a cost of over $1400. They damaged my C300 front end CV joint shaft trying to replace a seal and they tried to make me pay 2500 dollars to fix their negligence in assembly. I had my vehicle towed to a more reputable Auto repair shop and they verified that the seal and CV shaft that Mercedes of Gilbert was replaced was forced and damaged by The ***********************. I would not recommend doing business with Mercedes Benz of Gilbert. Terrible experiance will never go back.
Turned my car in for service and it was there for 2 weeks. When I got it back my windshield was cracked..they won't take care of it worse customer service ever!!!
