Great service department. Highly recommend! Andrew is amazing! He is absolutely the best. Everyone we dealt with was amazing!!
What a great experience! First time at this dealer (after a nightmare experience at another local Mercedes dealer who didn't even reset the service indicator or put air in the tires) and it couldn't have been easier. Brant got me checked in, the loaner vehicle was right there waiting, I got an text update and video showing everything they looked at, and checkout was a breeze. Will definitely be going there for all future service needs.
Visited interested in the GLE. Had an excellent experience with Angelo. He was so nice and authentic, not pushy at all. Seemed like he was working with us to get the best car and price. Everyone we met and interacted with was so professional. It actually made buying a car enjoyable.
