SAFETY and Customer Service is NOT a concern of Wappingers Falls Mercedes. If you think by buying the Service Plan you would be driving a safe vehicle, think again! All (4) tires needed replacing, and 2) of the tires had steel fibers sticking out! The Service Advisor told my wife the tires were “good” and sent her down the road!
