I brought my 2016 GL 550 in for a misfire, The service **** performed $1600 of diagnostic work and told me they would have to take my engine apart to find the problem. This would cost $2500 and depending on what they found the repair would cost between $5000 and $15000. They suggested I trade my vehicle in and offered me $5000. (******* values the suv at $20,000). TERRIBLE SERVICE!! My appointment was on 12/01/2022 at 9.25 am for an oil change and I asked how long it will take, Lady, named Daysi B******* told me it will take max 2 hours and told me she will give me a call once my oil change is finished. Around 11 am I called them and left a message but no response, around noon called her again and left a message no response, called the main number to talk to the supervisor and left a VM, no callback. Highly Unprofessional Place I have to honestly say this is the worst Mercedes Dealership I have ever been to! We came here to get a car and left in disgust. The place was run down looking, certainly seedier looking than other dealerships we had been to. Highly Recommend I purchased a preowned CLK500 from Hamid Mofidi. He is a young guy and I have to admit I expected the purchasing experience to be like a root canal. I pleased to report Hamid was the most professional and courteous sales person I have ever dealt with. I did have a flat tire the day after i purchased and the service guy, Jeff Dorso, didnt blame it on me or try to get out of helping me out and they replaced my tire no questions asked.
