Came in on 5/28/26 to get a quote two item for SUV. I was there two hour and here come the man with the paperwork and it a listed of stuff that I didn’t asked for I was so upset would not show my anger. But i see how they do I am a black Lady it’s ok if you didn’t want there you should have said Something .The lady that checked in with two items she should have checked to see why was it taken so long .Time Stop hate, Against black people . I will not come back it was two lady there and was not there two hour like was.
I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Mercedes of Tyler. Everyone was kind, helpful and on top of things. Communication was top notch! Marleen, Jennifer and Noah were amazing! 10 of of 10!
