For months my buddy has been waiting/excited to test drive a AMG C43 and C63 (he’s been waiting due to Covid) Today was the day we drove to the dealership they had a used C43 on the lot. We asked the sales person if we can test drive it. The sales associate goes in and comes out saying the Sales Manager would not let us because we can’t test drive something we don’t intend to purchase... This is the 2nd Mercedes we’ve purchased from Marisela at Mercedes of Tri-Cities. She not only takes the time to make her clients feel very special, her professionalism is through the roof and her knowledge of the Mercedes brand is amazing. I had the best experience there, everyone was so nice and helpful. Every time I walked to the door someone was there to open it for me and greeted me and it was just a very professional and great experience.
