Definitely recommend this service department out of all of them I have been to. The Service advisor Noelia and Adam from the parts department went above and beyond. I really appreciate the team here!
Once they sell you a car, they do not care about you as a customer. I bought a GLC63S AMG back in December and they promised me something and I had them put it on the Due bill and now they won't respond to me no matter how many times I call. During the sale they have great customer service after NO DEPARTMENT wants to help you.
MB makes everything so easy. Brielle, in the service department is always so helpful and on top of it !!
I had owned Mercedes for over 20 yrs, and tried Land Rover for a brief time, but very happy to be back to Mercedes, especially at Thousand Oaks...AWESOME people very very willing to truly help customers
