I had a seemingly jealous and vindictive saleswoman, ****** ******. She constantly would interrupt me to the point I could never get a full sentence or question out at a time. This unnecessarily prolonged our conversations because she would wrongly think she knew what question I was going to ask. Extremely inefficient, annoying, and disrespectful. Also when I went to pick the car up, I wanted to arrange a time when I wouldnt be rushed. She assured me 4:30pm would leave plenty of time to get everything done without me being ru... read more

Late June, after calling within warranty period when our Sprinter lost power, was bucking, shifting roughly or not at all, and displayed one or more check engine lights on the dashboard, Mercedes Benz of Wilsonville ****************** told us to wait several days to bring in our van, which pushed us out of the warranty period. Now they say "you need a new transmission", and "your warranty expired. Were still awaiting Mercedes-Benz ***************** Centers response to our lawyers letter sent September 4, October 3, October 6... read more

I will never buy another *************. I originally bought a brand new gle. Within a year both front seats started to rip. For the next two years the seats kept ripping. It was originally replaced under warranty but then they refused to fix it going forward. I explained this is either a defect or it was never replaced correctly the first time. I never heard of leather seats starting to rip when the vehicle is only a year old. So, my car is five years old and the seats ripped four times already. They wanted to charge me just... read more

First time bringing my 2020 AMG E63S in for ****** mi (annual) service for B5 code on screen. EXCELLENT service advisor ***** O?? friendly, knowledgeable, really helpful. Im not sure if most customers even care about seeing the list of things that will be checked for a particular service code (ieB5). Id think standard practice for the dealership would be to provide car owner with a list of items that will be addressed, so owner can decide if they really need wiper blades replaced or battery in key fob replaced. I replaced ke... read more

**** - service department supervisor, scammed my wife $1300. She simply wanted transmission oil change then he mentioned getting 'service B' which my wife firmly strongly declined and even she spoke her head to show him she refuses and declines the service B.He asked her to sign which she made sure where to sign, when he asked her to sign next to 'service B' which he handwritten that part, she asked him several times. She took it as maybe he needed some sort of confirmation that he did explain to her and BOTH PARTY came to an... read more

I brought my Mercedes to Mercedes-Benz Brooklyn on April 9th for an electrical issue preventing the car from starting. Their towing service delivered it to the dealership, and I paid $544.36 for initial diagnostic expecting professional service and communication. Instead, I heard nothing for nearly two weeks and had to repeatedly follow up myself. On April 22nd-23rd, they demanded an additional $1,199 diagnostic (total $1,743 just to diagnose, no repairs). When I declined and arranged towing back, the driver was able to star... read more

I purchased a 2018 ************* GLS 550. And an extended warranty that did not exist, when I needed to use it:Deceptive Finance Manager! I Paid over 4K for an extended warrant, only to discover when I needed it. I was defrauded and the expected coverage did not exist. The Finance manager lied to me that he would take care of it for about a month. However, my problem was never resolved. The receptionist screened all calls and never allowed me to speak with upper management. I requested a refund and about two months has passe... read more

Complaint Details:On April 2, 2025, I brought my SUV to Mercedes-Benz of Alexandria for a standard oil change. My service advisor was ******* *******, who misspelled my name on the service ticket an early sign of carelessness that raised concerns about how information was being communicated regarding my vehicle.I was told the service would cost approximately $242.34, and I was not informed of any additional work that would be done or authorized any such charges. However, when Ms. ******* later called and told me my vehicle wa... read more
