I am so happy with the service I received in the service department from Team Brian! On top of being very friendly and personable, he kept me up to speed on everything the car needed. His team was very efficient and finished in a timely manner. A few months back, I bought my car (used) from another dealer in Burien. When it came time to buy a new car - there was no doubts. As long as I can remember - my father always went to the Mercedes, and my first car was a used E class. I came into the dealership, place a pre-order on a whole new GLA250 (this model has not even been in the dealership). I really liked the design, but before that thought about buying the M-class. I took my vehicle here to get the windshield wiper fixed multiple times and it was never fully fixed. Finally I took it to Mercedes of Bellevue and they fixed the issue right away. Also - this is the most unresponsive dealership on the planet. I've been trying to get my service records from them for the last two weeks to no avail.
Samantha is helpful and quick. I came in with a flat tire and was out of there within an hour with a new tire for less than $50!! Thanks for going the extra mile and getting it covered under warranty!
