ORDER #***** - Placed 12/03/2024 I am extremely frustrated with Mercedes-Benz of Scottsdale. They sold me a damaged part that cannot be installed because of visible damage. I sent them a picture as they requested, yet they are asking me to pay for return shipping, which is very expensive. They even asked if my mechanic could fix it, but the part is unfixable. I would like to share my experience to warn others before making a purchase at Mercedes-Benz of Scottsdale. I worked directly with ************************* and unfortunately I wish I wouldve not moved forward with this purchase. He made me feel absolutely undervalued and disrespected. First and foremost, when I got there I had to ask for assistance - very unwelcoming. I purchased a 2021 CLS450 in July of 2021. At the time of purchase, I was sold on the tire/rim coverage by the sales department essentially replacing any blowouts or rim damage for roughly $3,000. I had blowout a few days ago and was able to get my car to Discount Tire where they informed me to my surprise that the tires on my car were from 2016. I primarily want to warn customers about purchasing a ******** ********* While we enjoyed working with ******************* at the dealership we have a major complaint. The Sprinter has no alarm system?! The cost of the van was $75,000 and ******** is too cheap to install an alarm in the year 2022? Completely unacceptable. Plus, (perhaps our negligence but to be fair we haven't purchased a vehicle in 20 years that didn't come with an alarm) we were never told or offered the option to have an alarm. I've had several ******** over the years and love them. I was very pleased with my primary dealer in North Scottsdale until they were transitioned. For the last few years I've had to deal with MB of Scottsdale. This last experience was my last. The service rep has been consistently arrogant, condescending, non responsive ... it's CLEARLY BENEATH HIM to have to service a GLK. I had an 8:30 appointment for an oil change. Great customer service We bought our 450 GL here and they have serviced it for 3 years. Good service. Sometimes takes longer that it should. Great in emergencies and very responsive.

You cannot beat this dealership for the service. All employees are very professional and very customer service oriented. The sales process is not high pressure, and with us, the lowest and fair price was disclosed at the start. We did not have to negotiate which to us, is stressful and takes away from the excitement of buying an automobile.
