We bought the car and had a great experience with the dealer
If they had anything lower than a one star i would give it to them. They don't represent Mercedes well they refused to sell me this car bec of my location. I waited for them to call me back too see how much shipping cost would be i agreed and said that it would be fine but the salesman spoken to the manager and said he has problems processing out of state transactions. SUPERB!!! I contacted them as soon as I saw the ad in CARGURUS on Tuesday(12/10/'19). Got an appointment for Wednesday(12/11/'19). Drove to San Francisco. Arrived at 3:30pm. Met SHI-SHI GUAN (Internet Sales Manager). By 07:00pm I owned the 2007 LEXUS LS460 L. Drove home fully satisfied form the staff at this Dealership. CONGRATULATIONS TO ONE AT ALL...I have an earlier Christmas present!!
