A note of thanks to Jon Sutherland and your Sprinter Service staff for determining the cause of the alternator light appearing on an intermittent basis while driving and fixing the problem. I was returning to Vancouver Canada after spending 60 days in the desert in my Leisure Travel Van, built on a Sprinter 3500 chassis. Your quick analysis and repair enable us to continue on our journey with a minimum of delay.
Excellent experience with my car purchase last week. Sales advisor, Clark Courtney, was great! Helpful, no pressure, very informed. Julie Garcia was direct, honest, well-prepared. Internal service advisor, Greg Ranslow, handled preparation of the car, answered my questions. I couldn't be any happier with the entire experience and the way MB of Sac treated me.
