I'm not happy with my recent purchase of an EQS from Von Housen Sacramento. The problem, so far, was related to the lack of quality control of the car before delivering to the customer, which caused to return the car back to the service just 3 days after delivering, and staying there for about 10 days! I had an extremely disappointing experience with the service department at Mercedes-Benz, Sacramento largely due to the unprofessional behavior of the service manager, Zee, and the staff. I've been coming to this location for a long time and have always received great customer service, which made this experience even more disappointing. Ive been getting help from Dezaray Johnson since I got my GLE 53 and she was been very informative and helpful with the journey and I really appreciate her. Never felt rushed or pressured at all by her. I would suggest her help to anyone looking to get their dream car!!
Everyone in the service center was polite and helpful when we called with an issue while in snowy Tahoe, but Jack was especially nice and helpful. We had already called MB customer service and roadside assistance and both were unhelpful (MB customer service center read the manual aloud to us, that we had already read and told us someone would call us back in 3 days).
