After bringing my 2010 Mercedes-Benz E550 to Mercedes for a rear subframe replacement, the right rear suspension stopped staying up properly. The rear side of the vehicle now drops after parking, indicating a possible issue with the air suspension system, air line connection, air strut, or suspension calibration following the repair. And my suspension was fine before and it had no links whatsoever
Extremely enjoyable experience. Every staff member has been superb. The only mystifying flaw is their insistence on inserting a useless "Amanda" AI phone response system – it doesn't even do anything other than transfer you to their staff. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Would be 5-stars otherwise.

This dealership has horrible customer service. My advisor Brian was disrespectful and rude. He acted like he could care less about my complaints regarding my 2025 GLS 450. I will never visit this dealership again. This vehicle has given me more problems than any other vehicle I ever own. For a luxury Brand, they should provide better customer service. I will never buy another Mercedes Benz again!
