I was really disappointed with my visit to the Mercedes Rockville Centre Service Center this Saturday morning. Despite being a regular customer who lives just two minutes away and knowing they offer express weekend service, I went in for an urgent issue with my EQS’s front sensor and blind spot system, hoping they’d help on the spot.
