I recently got my C300 with MBRVC and it was a smooth experience getting the car delivered. My sales representative Tim was very helpful and he made sure I get the best deal within my budget. Their after sales service is also good and the team followed up with me a couple of times to make sure I am satisfied with the service and if I need anything else.
Was happy with my certified pre-owned purchase, until things went wrong. They taped my temp plate to the defrost grid in the rear window, and when i carefully removed it (no scraping or tools) just lightly pealing and the tape pulled my defrost lines off. The defrost lines are still attached to the tape as you can see in the pictures. I called to see what can be done since i will now need a new window before winter time and i was told im out of luck, tape wouldn’t rip the defrost lines off. The salesman, D’andre, was a pleasure to work with. Chris was also very thorough and fair with the financing options and warranties that are offered through Mercedes and 3rd party, if desired. I was able to work out a deal for my trade-in and financing within an hour of my test drive. Lastly, the off boarding process is extremely high class. Love the staff at the service center and dealer, just wanted to take the time out to say what a wonderful manager Antoinette Gordon-Hessing is to us. We have been with Mercedes of Rockville center for a couple years now and the service there is excellent! She take the time out to assist us with what ever issue we have with our cars. Ruth is also great very helpful and get the job done.
