I had a phenomenal experience with this dealership. From the receptionist, to the sales people, to the manager, every one was so kind and helpful. Julian is one of the best sales people I have ever came in contact with. He took his time to answer all of my questions and even spoke with my family after hours. I truly appreciate all of his effort on making sure I was able to take home my 2026 Mercedes Benz. I would absolutely reccomend this dealership to anyone who is interested in a Mercedes! 😊🤍

I had a phenomenal experience with this dealership. My experience with sales manager Leo was great , to the Finance manager Jerone who was so kind and helpful assisting me with the dollars and cents portion of the transaction. They both took their time to answer all of my questions and even spoke with my sister who met up with me at the dealership. The GM even introduced himself to me. We talked through a few options over the course of 3 months (yes, 3 months) until we found the right SUV for my wife, who loves her new GLB 250. I have been a Rockville center Mercedes-Benz customer for 2530 years. They are phenomenal. I’m good friends with the general manager Jonathan generally when I want to do something, I call them up and tell him what I wanna do on leasing a car this particular time I came into the dealership at 10 in the morning I had an existing Mercedes it was almost halfway through and they were able to make a deal for me to get out of the car and get into a brand new 2026 CLE 300 for motion from start to finish was phenomenal. I leased a Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 from this dealership in 2019 and absolutely loved the vehicle itself. The leasing process was smooth, and Debbie, who is unfortunately no longer there, was fantastic to work with. Unfortunately, my experience with the service department in Hempstead over the next three years was disappointing. The biggest issue involved my tires.
