I had a wonderful experience. Dom and his team were upfront, helpful, responsive and just overall lovely to deal with. He answered all my questions and made things smooth and easy. The delivery experience was awesome. They had the car in a private delivery bay with a big red bow and it made me feel special. I highly recommend this dealership
I had a great experience at Mercedes-Benz of Rockville Centre. The sales consultant Oliver was extremely helpful, answered all my questions and concerns and took the time to show me several options that fit my budget. The process was smooth from start to finish, and I left with a deal I was happy with. Absolutely love my new car! Highly recommend this dealership.
The reason for the 3 stars rating is because the repair team can’t really pinpoint what the problem is with my windshield wipers. Other than this, all other staffs were very professional, courtesy & friendly I have no issues with them. I think the repair team has some more room for improvement on repairing cars.
Was happy with my certified pre-owned purchase, until things went wrong. They taped my temp plate to the defrost grid in the rear window, and when i carefully removed it (no scraping or tools) just lightly pealing and the tape pulled my defrost lines off. The defrost lines are still attached to the tape as you can see in the pictures. I called to see what can be done since i will now need a new window before winter time and i was told im out of luck, tape wouldn’t rip the defrost lines off.
