Vehicles being sold here are repeatedly delivered with strong cigarette smoke odors, and the dealership shows a consistent unwillingness or inability to properly resolve the issue. This is not a one-off mistake — it appears to be a broader quality control and customer-care problem. Buyers should not have to chase solutions for months or accept vehicles that smell like smoke, especially at a luxury price point. Five-star service! The staff is so accommodating, especially Kevin Cunningham, who always goes above and beyond to take care of my vehicle. I'd love to see a real-time update feature added in the future so I can track my car's status while it's in the shop.

I had a great experience at Mercedes-Benz of Rockville Centre. The sales consultant Oliver was extremely helpful, answered all my questions and concerns and took the time to show me several options that fit my budget. The process was smooth from start to finish, and I left with a deal I was happy with. Absolutely love my new car! Highly recommend this dealership.
