First class dealership! They went out and found the car I wanted! The deal was done very fast, very smooth and hassle free. Bob Hunter, Brian Jackson and Andrea Bryner made buying a car for my daughter a great experience.
This location has always been very good to me . As I sit waiting for my car, I've watched 2 different customers come in and act like the world revolves around them. How hard is it to just relax a bit , treat the person helping you with a bit of respect and have patience. Kudos to the girl behind the coffee counter and to the gentleman in the service department for responding to these self important people with respect and keeping a high level of customer service. Nice job rocklin location!
