We stopped in this morning to try to get someone to look at our sprinter van. When the lady finally came back in carrying her breakfast she said she “had no idea how soon he could look at it” so we went down the road to Love’s and got the help we needed…
Unethical dealership. Steer clear!! Tried to charge us 250.00 for a part they “cleaned”. The part they “cleaned” was bypassed making it impossible to “clean”.
They will force a oil change to last damn near 3 hrs so they more for labor and also they will attempt to I make u spend 5 to 6 times the money also when u can get the work done for cheaper and if u don't let them do the work they will take even longer to charge your more if u can avoid dealing with them I would
