I always take my smart car here and it has never had a problem. Abbie is so very good at her job. kind, supportive and kept me in the loop the whole time. made the whole experience as easy as it could have been :-)
Jesus was great, they got me in and out quicker than expected for my service and brought me out my washed and wiped down. Very friendly service team!
my recent experiences -2 visits- with the same service advisor changed my dealer preferences fro Wilsonville to Portland. I am not sure of his first name, like Mekonnen?. He is delightful and took the extra time and steps to be sure I was satisfied with my service.
