Today we visited several dealerships in the Peoria area to test drive vehicles. We currently own a Mercedes. We drove our Mercedes to your dealership and spent 10-15 minutes driving around the lot, stopping, getting out and walking around to look at various new and used Mercedes. NO ONE came out to see if we needed help or if we had questions. I was shocked that at a dealership for luxury cars that no sales person came out of the building to help the customers already driving a Mercedes! Completely inexcusable.
Updated review, as I have seen a huge change recently. Now they are communicating frequently, and even sending videos of findings. I have had several excellent experiences with their service department lately.
Our check engine light came on so we called for service. No one answered. Left a message at 10am on a Friday and no one called back. Sent a text from their website- no response. Service hours say 7 am on Saturday—took the car in to see if they could check it but no one was there. Called again and still no answer. It’s a ridiculous level of service for premium vehicles.
Techs and service manager and also service writer are great
What a terrific experience!!!! My sales person, Jacob was phenomenal! He kept me updated throughout the whole process. Aside from Jacob, every person I interacted with was great! Very friendly and helpful. Mike, the finance person, was very non-pressure and made my great experience even better.
