Avoid this dealership — particularly the service department. During a recent visit, I was incorrectly told my warranty had expired. In reality, I had purchased an extended warranty, but the staff never bothered to check my file before demanding out-of-pocket payment. Do NOT go to this dealership. Here is exactly what happened to my family: My wife and I visited the dealership on Thursday. We saw the car, took a test drive, and liked it, so we asked them to put the car on hold. We even completed all the paperwork in advance with my wife's information so we could come back on Saturday and finalize the purchase.
