I had a frustrating experience with this dealership’s service department. The engine light on my one-year-old car kept coming on, and they repeatedly dismissed it as a software update. Eventually I was told there was an exhaust system malfunction, but they still insisted it was just a software issue and claimed it wouldn’t affect drivability—only “lower fuel efficiency.” But lower fuel efficiency clearly meant something was wrong. Worst experience I have had at a dealership every time I walk in. Brought my Sprinter in multiple times in the six months since I bought it off their lot and every time I am the “ugly step child”. I am in for warranty repair, already frustrated that my expensive, top of the line vehicle needs repairs and I have had terrible service. From telling me it’s customer abuse and I will have to pay, to not responding to text messages, to sitting on hold for forever, no call backs…you name it they’ve done it.
