Sold me a 535xi Wagon that had a blown turbocharger. They were stand up, took the vehicle back and gave me a great deal on a replacement (can't believe they happened to have another one). Rare to see a stand-up dealership like this.
So far, the Mercedes customer service experience has been outstanding! Had a service appointment today and Mary went out of her way to accommodate me, saving me both time and money. I also had a wonderful sales experience with Danilo and would recommend him to anyone considering a Mercedes.

Horrible. Luxury? Service? Yeah, no. Aside from having to bring my car in several times for the same problem, they sold me a car with a bad battery and refused to replace it. I bought a 3 year old E class (someone just turned in their lease) and the day I drove off the lot I was getting a 12v low battery warning. I brought it back, they said it needed to be charged more and to drive it around. Fine. This went on for several months. They then suggested I purchase a charger and have it installed. I did. I was with my son when he purchased a used GMC Sierra. The buying experience was pleasant, with no pressure. The salesman, Austin, was friendly and professional. Definitely not your typical modern day automotive buying experience. The whole transaction took no more than 90 minutes.
