Cody, our service advisor, offered an emergency service appointment as soon as we phoned from the Florida Turnpike with diesel engine trouble late on a Friday afternoon. Cody is an extraordinary human being who went over and above with a loaner and even offered accommodations when he found out it would take several days for the parts to repair our 2024 Mercedes Sprinter. Mercedes' attitude and efforts are rare, and they made a difficult situation bearable.

I bought a 2010 Mercedes in 2019 and paid cash! In May 2024, I sold my condo to move to another area in Florida! I decided to buy a new vehicle! Upon trying to find out what my car was worth, I was told I had a lien on it and no clear title! I immediately went to Mercedes to find out wh they had not paid off the lien from Mercedes Lending!
