We recently bought a car from N Palm beach Mercedes. The service was excellent !! friendly helpful staff go above and beyond to satisfy your needs ! Tracy our sales representative, was very good and delivered a fantastic customer experience from the beginning to the end. I would definitely recommend this location over any other!
On the road traveling and waited two days to get the appointment. Arrived and was told need to leave the vehicle for 2 to 3 days. Seriously? Didn't think to mention that when the appointment was made. Even after explaining leaving vehicle isnt an option they make no exceptions. Only mercedes dealer Ive been to that won't go the extra mile.
If there is a negative star that would be the rate. Took advantage of an elderly so NEVER GO HERE! my elderly boss went to get a 2026 car, showed Daniel a quote from another dealer which the paper shows 2026. Money was wired. When we went to get there to pick up the car, almost 7pm when they called the insurance to transfer the policy thats when we found out that the car was a 2025! Daniel said that he did not know that my boss wants to buy a 2026 model which is bullshit because it was on the paper that we brought to show hi... read more
