i never write any review but this place is insane , if I would give them zero or negative stars . in 2020 I came in for a service 10k miles , the technician messed up, brought the van back home and gotta tow it down because it won't start, they gave me 2 coffee cup holders for the compensation , but that was after I had to contact the top manager so they can handle my situations, . it done after 2 weeks since the first drop off , that was just for the 10k miles maintenance. and this week I made an appointment at 8:30-9 am , ... read more
