If I could give them a ZERO star, I would. Let me start by saying that I purchased the GLE350 at your location (Mercedes Benz of North Palm Beach). I have been a loyal customer. I purchased 4 pre-paid oil change/service contracts, thru Ken Ersoy over the years. I purchased an extended 36 months/30,000 miles PLATINUM warranty from Barry Bowman at a cost just shy of $5,500 (with a $250 deductible) who claimed that with the exception of tires, battery, brakes pads...everything was covered. First off all I was trying to speak to the advisor for 4 days calling daily. Finally, I was I was told to bring the car to the service area in the morning, which I did today. The advisor actually came out without introducing herself and said right away. This is not covered on the warranty. My issue is premature peeling of my front seat. She stated it’s considered outside interference. New Country are complete crooks. Gave me a loaner car, it had a low tire pressure warning on when i got it. I thought nothing of it. They said it got a nail in it in the 10 miles I drove it and they charged me $591 for a new tire. A tire plug costs $50 max, even if it was my fault (which it wasn’t). Absolute crooks. This is my third new Mercedes from this dealership but it’s the last. Next car is anything from anywhere but here (that is New Country). An utterly disgraceful way to treat a customer.
