While traveling to Orlando in our Sprinter Camper, it displayed a message about an issue with DEF level. I was able to schedule an appointment from the road allowing both travel to Orlando and to enjoy our scheduled stay at Fort Wilderness. We arrived on time for our service appointment, which went smoothly and parts were ordered for overnight delivery to resolve the issue so we could continue on our 1500 mile return trip home. My service Advisor, Bianca, was awesome...again. She took the tome to reserach my problem with the vehicle and ensured it was repaired and returned in a timely manner.
Update, management got it touch with me and expedited a new set of temporary tags. Thank you for your help with this. ------------------------------ Unfortunately the temporary tags have expired and the dealer refuses to return my calls. I’ve tried to get in touch by calling multiple times over the past week and messaging the salesman but no luck.
