I am extremely disappointed and hurt by my recent experience at North Orlando Mercedes. I used to drive 45 minutes out of my way to this dealership because I trusted them. In the past, when I worked with Bianca, she was upfront and honest about what my car actually needed, and I appreciated that so much. Great experience at the Mercedes-Benz store. The staff was professional, friendly, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Highly recommend! I bought a Mercedes Benz GLC 250.
Scheduling the appointment was easy. I was received and inprocessed by Dave quickly and efficiently. Dave kept me informed on the status of my repair while I waited. The service was performed in an expeditious manner. The technician provided a video and explanation of the service he performed. To top off the visit, it was nice to learn that the service was still covered by warranty.
