Very bad service!! I called three times for different issues related to my Mercedes Benz car because this is the nearest one to me. However, They not providing help to one of them and phone call is very bad too. They kicking me around to different people. I called other Mercedes Benz, and I got help with answers or appointments very well. Shame to see this happen to the brand of Mercedes.
I never really write reviews for servicing cars and yet here I am doing one for the very 1st time. I just want everyone to know that the service I received from this dealership is above 5 stars. I have been working with Jake (Tran) since I bought my van last May, and I never had any complaints whatsoever. I just purchased a car at this dealership. They are the best. Alejandro Orozco was so kind and patient and the manager Ed Shimon amazing. I requested a quote for a car and he offered me a better one than I asked for almost the same payment. I couldn’t be more happy. Their prices and customer services exceeded more than what I expected in comparison with other dealership I visited.
