I brought my car to them. The issue was that it wasnt starting. It was a crank no start. They took my car into diagnose. It charge me for the diagnostic, which is normal. Took them four days to get everything done. They came back with news stating what was wrong with the vehicle I went ahead and paid for a part in labor from the motive of them telling me what was wrong with my car judging from there diagnostic. Best Car Dealer in Milwaukee Few months back my car met with an accident and its front passenger door was totally damaged. My friend’s dad recommended this place. Since I got to know about their service I went there. I needed total replacement of the door. They did fabulous job for me. They were prompt, professional and their final bill was less than what I expected to be. They fixed it very fast and repaired the door within a very short span of time. They are really great.

Service I received from Concours Motors Service I received from Concours Motors is beyond my expectation. I was really upset when I my beloved BMW met with an accident. As I moved to Milwaukee in last week so it was very difficult for me to decide where I can take my car for servicing work after the collision. I brought my car in 9/30/21 for an estimate at the collision center, at the time I was going to pay out of pocket and Wendy suggested I go through insurance since the repairs was over 3k and I was also told I needed to call and book an appointment because they booked out until the end of October. I contacted my insurance company and filed a claim, I was told to send pictures and they would do a photo estimate and send the payment to me since the body shops was booked out over a month. They did me really wrong I came there early in the morning was there til 12pm for a oil change and tire pressure monitor sensor change to my rear passenger side. After they service my vehicle service advisor Sam told me my car was ready and told me to wait out front they was just washing it and they will bring it up front to me. I waited for about 10 15 minutes no body never drove up front with my vehicle. While my salesman were very responsive, I have had one of the worst experiences here that I have ever had with a car. Lets begin... I bought a 2012 audi a5 coupe from this dealership with 4k down. Signed the papers and everything was great drove it home the next day. While I was driving off the lot the tire pressure light came on- no big deal.
