I recently had a bulge in my rear driver side tire and a large slit in my other rear tire, I wanted to take advantage of my wheel and tire warranty I purchased when I got my E450 (tires only had 16K miles and car is only 18 months old). Called and explained to the service team and made my appointment on Sept 26th. When I got there, handed over the warranty information and sat in the waiting area. Had my AC not working on my 2024 MB. They did the repair work, which was an extensive repair, in about a month. Car now has working AC. The interior, which is an off white color, had a lot of dark spots from the mechanics. And specific fabric sections of the seat are now tinted black, and I can't clean them easily. There was a damaged door seal and a small scratch on the faux wood dash.
