We had an unexpected trip interruption near Lynchburg, VA. Joe Camarda in Service treated us like we were long time customers even though we were from Florida. Excellent customer focus. He took the stress out of a breakdown on the highway!!

At Mercedes in Lynchburg, I consistently have positive experiences. The staff is consistently friendly and courteous. Joe is particularly exceptional in providing service. Prior to pickup, Joe ensures that all necessary repairs on my vehicle are completed accurately.
Everybody was nice, but the communication was very off. This is another one of those places That just want to get you in to make a sale. I was told multiple different things by three different people in one day. If your credit score isnt a perfect 800 or better, I wouldn’t go here.
We have had a long relationship with Berglund in Lynchburg, VA. We have kept coming back for new cars from them for years because of the service team there. However, we need to let as many people know as possible that the sales dept, especially their GM is very dishonest. They sold us a car and had the title released without my permission from Mercedes Financing.
