Unbeknownst to me at the time, both the shops in Lynchburg and Roanoke are under the same ownership. Roanoke is closer for me so I elected to go there. I received wonderful service there. I assume that Lynchburg will offer the same quality of service. I would have no worry going to Lynchburg.

Good luck. I called to schedule service but 3 calls ended up having to leave a call back request. Four hours later there is no call. I'll go someplace else.

I have been to multiple different Mercedes dealership and in over 4 different states and I have to say these people were the nicest staff members by far. From the manager to Joe Camarda, who took an issue I had with the sunroof and talked me through all the options and really made me feel cared for. Joe really made me feel welcomed and that I was in good hands. Will definitely be coming back here.

We had an unexpected trip interruption near Lynchburg, VA. Joe Camarda in Service treated us like we were long time customers even though we were from Florida. Excellent customer focus. He took the stress out of a breakdown on the highway!!
