It was a great buying experience. But then the problems... I purchased the car February 14th of 2025 , and as of September 12th I have not received the title or any paperwork so that I can register the vehicle. Ive called repeatedly and left messages with people and on voicemail. Randy finally called me Tuesday saying the finance company called him and i must register the vehicle immediately (and threw in some threats). Nice selection of vehicles
Please be aware! This dealership allows their salesmen to do whatever they wish for a sale. I visited the dealership looking for a C class, while filling out the application I realized I didn’t have my license on my person so I left the establishment to retrieve it. Salesman Corey Overton and his finance manager took it upon themselves to take my incomplete application without a signature and run my credit for a vehicle I was not interested in. My experience with Seth at this dealership has been absolutely unacceptable. I purchased what was advertised as a certified pre-owned Mercedes, but driving 6 hours back home after purchasing the vehicle I noticed the sunroof wouldn’t go back and that it was broken. I told Jenna my sales lady immediately while driving 6 hours back home, and she handed me over to her manager Seth instead of addressing it, he has ignored me, contradicted himself, and even blocked my email.
