Scheduled service appointment was Jan. 24th 2022 for Missouri state inspection also review of check engine light, now is March 7th 2002 car has not been serviced still, left several messages without any call backs until I reached out to customer care but yet nothing resolved just lots of finger pointing and excuses, License plates have now expired so car can not be driven, needed to have car towed to another service center to have Missouri state inspection preformed.
Scheduled service appointment was Jan. 24th 2022 for ******** state inspection, now is March 7th 2022 car has still not been serviced, promised finish date was Jan. 25th 2022, I called and left several messages but never received any call backs until I reached out to customer care but still nothing was resolved, now License plates have expired so car can no longer be driven so needed to have car towed to another service center to have ************** inspection preformed.
