If I could give the dealership 0 stars I would. I contacted the dealership on Feb 11th. Trying to buy a 2021 CPO and get it shipped to Miami. Roger V****** got assigned to my inquiry. I have received absolutely no information from Roger V****** , He would not respond to my emails nor call me back. Absolutely terrible experience, new car buyers stay AWAY. Went to the dealership because they had the specific model car I was looking for and I was helped by Milton. They sat me down asked for the price I was trying to get with this car and no other questions or help in any way. They came back with terrible numbers because of my inexperience with the process but we're unwilling to help me understand or work with me. Don't buy tires from here. They do not dismount tire looking for defects when tires are 5 mo old with less then 200 miles on them. Shaking steering wheel when brought in service writer claimed since car sat a couple of weeks probably Tire flat spots tires 5 mo. Old. 200 miles on tires.
