Such bad attitude for no reason, act as if Mercedes general information was proprietary to this dealer
Had a service appointment, and everything went smoothly as usual. I chose to wait at the dealership. As usual, as of late, the coffee was fresh, and snacks and various drinks were readily available.

Ordered a small part for my sprinter over two weeks ago in person, they told me 2 days + they'd mail it USPS. I paid for it all at the time of order and asked for a call when it arrived. No call, nothing two weeks later. I call and the service agent said he could see the part arrived but didn't know where it was and would call me back. No call back.
