Been waiting on my car since 8:30am because my tire has been leaking air requiring me to continue to put air in it. Set an appointment at 8:30 and am still waiting since 10:45 and counting. My issue is, no one communicates with you for updates. The service rep asked me 1 question and that was “what tire was leaking” and that was it. Since 1040am no one has updated me about my car or if they are working/ looking at it. Service is just slow. Do not recommend or get a loaner vehicle if waiting
They crashed my car and tried to say someone else did it general manager service manager sales manager, Lo Porter and service provider. Tried to hide the evidence.
