Mercedes Benz of Farmington is by far my favorite dealership I’ve been to everyone is always above, and beyond! I recently traded in my 2019 Lunar Blue C300 for a brand new 2026 C300. I was sad when I was trading in my old Mercedes since that Lunar Blue is one of the most beautiful colors, and was the greatest car I’ve owned especially being able to get it at 18 in 2023 but this brand new one is beyond amazing I’m very thrilled about, and have loved every minute with it so far. Our experience was first rate the entire time. Our sales rep Diane was candid and fun to work with. She kept us apprised of the build date and delivery schedule. She spent ample time to go over the various features and set up of the GLE. Very good experience.
I had a very disappointing experience with Mercedes-Benz of Farmington. Within just two weeks of driving the vehicle I purchased, I was hit with over $5,000 in repairs. That’s completely unacceptable for a dealership that markets itself as reputable and trustworthy. It’s obvious the car was not properly inspected before being put up for sale.
