100% absolutely do not buy used car from these people. They claim the cars are fully inspected. They are not. I purchased a used vehicle from them, within days I discovered the infotainment system stopped working, speakers blown, clutch master cylinder broken, PCV broken, oil pan leaking, battery failing. They called me to ask me how my experience was, and I told him about it. And they told me to bring the vehicle for service. Came in based on an offer I received for my car through CarGuru and a confirmation sent by the dealership via text. Offer was at the higher end of Kelley Blue Book range for trade-in, so not necessarily out of the park. Had me wait 30 minutes to tell me there was a "software error" and quoted a price ~10% lower.
Very polite and courteous and fair. Took a little longer to do than I expected but would buy from again if available.
