I just purchased my third Mercedes from MB of Farmington. Absolutely outstanding sales and service. We have two other luxury brand vehicles, but the quality of people and care at MB Farmington is a step above. Special shout out to Dianne Burnham, who advised me through the whole ordering process like a pro. She is one of the best I’ve ever worked with. Highly recommend this dealership!

My Sprinter would not start so it was towed here for diagnostic and service. Nearly $3000 later I was told all had been checked and repaired and I was good to go. Two weeks and 300 miles away, the EXACT same no-start issue occurred again, leaving me in need of another tow, more diagnostics and service. I called the Farmington service department who did not offer to help and they sure as heck did not stand by their work. This dealership is extremely unprofessional. You would think they would be on point and professional selling 100k+ cars. They have completely dropped the ball on something as simple as title paperwork and have had me do their job calling around trying to figure this out. Also, the vehicle I bought was a used Toyota and they did a poor job with the detailing/cleaning. There was trash, food and kids toys under the rear seat which flip up so it isn't hard to clean. Great buying experience with Jesus at MB of Farmington. It’s always questionable how a dealer is going to be when buying a car, but they made it very easy, quick and painless. No gimmicks or pressure. Super happy with my new car.
