I spent almost $2,000 for a B9 annual service and new battery, arrive home and find in the daily mail, a service coupon from the same dealer. I call the service department to have them apply a $75 credit to my credit card and was firmly told that I had to have presented the coupon during check in and therefore, I should save it for “”next time.” The coupon expires in 30 days. Terrible customer service with departments that do not communicate effectively with each other. Not to mention, I had my B1 service done and the morning of my appointment my engine light came on. Once my car was returned, Less than 100 miles later, I was stranded in Emeryville with a blinking engine light. After receiving service from another MB dealership, I ultimately had to have 2 cylinder heads replaced leaking at 40 and 30 percent, and a fuel sensor. Understanding my car underwent major service.
