The dealership appeared nice on the surface but they sold me a 2014 certified vehicle that I was not informed had prior rear and front end damage. Rear bumper had been repaired in a poor manner and the entire front bumper had been replaced. They were able to pass it off as undamaged initially. I did not take this dealership operating in a manner as a used pot lot type dealer. I wrote the sales manager asking for some sort of information or response, but nothing.

I bought my car December 17th, it was a pre owned certified C300. there was some concerns with the rims and windshield which they came to an agreement, on my way home I felt a slight shimmy in my steering wheel and when coming to stops it would shake, I was not sure of the issue, I know that I would make an appointment to come back and have the few things resolved. Best of the best. Don my service facilitator is awesome. The sales men are great. They have the exact car I want. Gave me a reasonable trace in value. The factory certified used come with a 10 year warranty to 2020. The SL 550 white is just what I am dreaming about. Very easy to work with.
