Great service! This is the second time I’ve purchased from this dealership and they have been great !! We worked with Austin in sales and he was so friendly and personable. Our experience was wonderful. He worked with us and listened to what we were looking for and also worked to get us the best price. Would definitely recommend him! So glad we didn’t need to spend time going to other dealerships. This was so seamless.
Van owners won’t be disappointed with the service. This MB Van service center staff, technicians facility are top notch. My Sprinter Class B camper van required some complicated repairs and the staff took care of the van perfectly. They went beyond what any MB dealer around has done for me in the 8 years of Sprinter van ownership.
If I could do a negative star I would. Have never been treated this poorly in my life. I only wanted to see the inside of a car and they acted as if I was unwelcome. The kid who spoke to us knew absolutely nothing and couldn’t answer simple questions / yet was super arrogant. Overall the who interaction was off putting. Their loss, I was planning on buying a car.
