I didnt buy my car here but decided to come here for a routine service, and that was a huge mistake. I was presented with a bill of $7k + for nothing that was even wrong with my car, just maintenance. As soon as I came back to pick up my car, two rude emotionless employees, without a greeting or even looking me in the eye, circled my loaner vehicle and met me with a, "that scratch wasn't THERE before, we are charging you for it. The place is now a joke. It's like a bunch of amateurs took over this dealership a few years ago. Specifically, service, which after the initial purchase, is whom we now deal with on a regular basis. My car had issues, and long story short, the service people ended-up saying we'd have to live with the problems. They didn't know why certain things stopped working in the car. They said they would investigate further and call us with results; they didn't. Sales said they'd have service look into our issues; they didn't.
Six different people call, text or email me about scheduling service appointments long before they are due. It's really annoying. My lease is up in six months and I have multiple different people chasing me on that too. BACK OFF, please!
