I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a car from Mercedes-Benz of Doylestown, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. I first test drove the car in early July but wasn’t quite ready to buy at the time. Kaylee, my sales associate, was incredibly kind and followed up just the right amount. Worst service ever. The service department is low budget. The kid Chris who works the service desk should go back to working in fast food. Completely unprofessional. Kids and washed up salesman with no skills are employed here. Same goes for his manager. They actually damaged the finish on the paint of the car and said they "buffed out" the rust spot developing under the paint. They 'carved out' the rust spot so they didn't have to deal with it properly and honor the full tip to tip warranty I paid for. Disregarding the othe... read more
