Deceptive Sales, False Advertising, and Zero Accountability – Mercedes-Benz of Walnut Creek I purchased what was represented as a Certified Pre-Owned Mercedes-Benz from this dealership in July 2025, and it’s been nothing short of a nightmare. Worst experience ever!! Told sales person Dusty on Tuesday evening "I WANT IT" referencing a pre-owned vehicle. He asked me for my Driver license and proof of insurance which provided. Dusty said the manager approved me buying it form out of state BUT Dusty did in fact say "I would rather sell it to someone local" . I let that go as I really wanted this car. I recently brought my Mercedes-Benz E 500 4MATIC to Chesterfield Mercedes for repairs and servicing, and the entire experience was outstanding. From the moment I dropped off my vehicle, my personal service advisor, DEANN, kept me updated on the progress of the work being performed. Mercedes of Denver and Sonic Automotive are the worst of the worst. They don’t do what they say, their word means nothing, and the service is horrific, largely due to their incompetent GM. Avoid at all costs

Tony Deerman is awesome. He answered his calling to help others find what they need / want to drive. I gave him a challenge that I didn't think was possible. Sure enough, he found exactly what I was looking for at the price I was willing to pay. Excellent service all the way around. I would recommend him any day of the week. Thanks, again, Tony!

Parker McKinney is my Service Manager at Park Place Plano and is the best Advisor I have ever had. Excellent customer service for his clients is a priority for Parker. He has consistent follow through to completion when servicing my car. He earns 5 stars!! Judy Alekna

I have gone here only about 3-4 times and worked with 2 different service people, and each time I call or come in to get my car serviced I get such attitude. They are short, rude, and arrogant. I don't understand why...I mean they work for Mercedes, they don't own the company. It's odd that they get ruder if you tell them you've gone elsewhere to have your car repaired as if we OWE them our car repair.

Stay away from this dealership! I just purchased a car from Eldorado Hills Mercedes, and their salesman Shane Sweet advertised it as a Certified Pre-Owned. After I signed and paid, I discovered the CPO had already expired. When I tried contacting Shane and the finance manager, Yusuf Stewart, they completely ignored my calls, emails, and texts. This is shocking and disappointing from an authorized Mercedes-Benz dealer. I will be reporting them to Mercedes-Benz USA, the BBB, and any other appropriate agencies.
