Service was completed as promised and service advisor Stacey Grell was knowledgeable and helpful.
Tim Owen is a big asset to the organization, he did a great job getting a difficult problem sorted out and repaired.
Did not leave my 2025 E350 with 38000 miles for 1 year A service because the cost for an oil change and windshield wipes was going to be $700 dollars…..ridiculous amount. Will not be using Mercedes of Delray service center
The worst service experience I have ever had. Their service department is completely incompetent and downright dishonest.
